Wonderfully helpful receptionist; amazing location; beautiful region.
The circus turning up on adjacent land with wild animals kept in small cages. Perhaps nothing to do with the campsite, but it really isn't acceptable to keep wild animals in small cages, whatever French law may say.

Level spacious and flat pitch for tent near river. Large mature trees for shade. Watching the river- ducks, fly fishermen,canoeing. Ice, cream kiosk on site, baguettes etc available from reception. Very clean site and wash rooms cleaned regularly. Only 10 minutes to walk into Le Buisson to visit the Friday market (parking very difficult on market day) and also to the Friday soiree in the town square - various meals on sale plus music and dancing.
Automatic lights should stay on for longer. Only one washbasin with a plug.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful location. Would definitely reccommend to friends.
Just to say it would be useful to have some washing up cloths etc ready on arrival as a lot of the crockery and saucepans were dirty.
